"I have given this solar installer five stars because their installation of my solar system was better than expected. However I have since wanted some additional work done on my system with the addition of a battery bank. I called repeatedly for a consultation-estimate and it took several months to get them out to my house. After we talked about what we wanted to do and they looked at our house solar there has been no response. No estimate or a reason as to why Mohave Solar may not be able to do the job. I have called repeatedly to ask what is going on and I was given an apology and a promise that I would be contacted soon. This has been going on for over a year. I have been told all manner of excuses from being short-handed to being sick with a cold. I just want a straight answer. I'll say it again maybe a estimate or a reason why I cannot get this job done."
